We assist companies regarding their M&A transactions - from the due diligence procen to the drafting and negotiation of contracts. In banking law, we provide advisory services to German banks and subsidiaries of major EU banks in all matters pertaining to their day-to-day operations, regulatory affairs and compliance. In capital markets law, we serve both, listed companies and entities in non-regulated markets. At our Frankfurt office, we also offer a notarial service with a focus on corporate law.
